Chuck has won it's first "Save our Show" poll at TVLine.com. Remember to keep voting at www.Hulu.com/bestinshow I'm sure we'll win that as well! Could this message be any clearer to NBC? Give Chuck a Season 5!
TVLine had this to say:
Its chances for a fifth-season pickup may be murkier than a mud puddle, but this much is crystal clear: NBC’s Chuck proved a decisive winner of TVLine.com’s first annual ’Renew Our Show!’ Bracket Tournament, defeating fellow finalist Fringe by a margin of 68.7% to 31.3%.

Q: Please, give us some Chuck scoop! Man, I hate this hiatus. —CeciLabels: Chuck, Season 4, Spoilers
A: Yeah, well, you may hate this next scoop more: In this season’s penultimate episode on May 9, “Something terrible happens to someone we love,” reveals EP Chris Fedak. In potentially related news, the show is casting the role of Clyde Decker, a “determined and remorseless CIA agent who will go to any lengths and spare no expense — or life — in order to keep the CIA’s secrets buried.” His nickname? The Eraser. Um, yikes much?

A: Episode 23 is called "Chuck versus the Last Details." Our favorite engaged couple are putting the finishing touches on their big day while working on opposite sides of the planet: Chuck's going to be running a mission in a Colombian prison, while Sarah's off somewhere speaking Korean—so she's either in North or South Korea or, well, maybe just L.A.'s Koreatown. Will our favorite spies make it to the altar in time? We'll probably have to wait until the last possible minute to find out, but does anybody doubt that the long-long-long awaited Chuck-Sarah union is going to be amazing and completely worth the wait?

The latest Chuck Season 5 renewal discussion from TV Guide:
Q: I was wondering if you might weigh in on my favorite on-the-bubble show Chuck, which is still a steady, if not great, performer. With the cancellations or not-so-great prospects of several NBC shows like Undercovers, Chase, The Cape, The Event, etc., do you feel it bodes well for the chances of renewal as well? — Scott
A: Chuck really is the little show that could, isn't it? There will never be a time when Chuck doesn't live on the proverbial bubble, but it has the great fortune of enjoying the sort of fan and (in some corners) media buzz that NBC lacks nearly everywhere else. So you're right that NBC's continued ill fortunes in prime time very likely means Chuck could get that all-important fifth season — although at that point, I think it will be time to call it a wrap. One argument working against its renewal: There's a new programming team in place at NBC, and depending on how drastically they want to wipe the slate clean, Chuck could be more vulnerable than we think. But if I had to bet, I'd say Chuck gets one more season, and then that's it. Labels: Chuck, NBC, Season 5

I received this E-mail from Chuck viewer Steven Smoley in Japan & thought I'd share it with everyone:
"My wife and I are presently living in our home near Tokyo, Japan. As you likely are aware, we have been affected by the recent earthquake that has caused loss of life and severe damage to parts of northeast coast of Japan’s largest island. We are facing an uncertain nuclear situation. We are faced with a lot of worry. However, we are taking the time to enjoy some Chuck episodes, we are having fun and laughing. We just want to say thanks for the program and thanks to the cast for giving us these moments laugh and enjoy ourselves." Labels: Chuck, NBC, Season 4, Site Announcement

Q: So Chuck brought the Old Spice guy and Stacy Keibler back to the show last night, any chance we’re going to get to see Summer Glau come back? – Rick
A: It could be a while. Not that Fedak doesn’t want to see her return, but it’s a creative pickle. “I would love to bring Summer Glau back,” Fedak says. “She, of course, left on bad terms at the end of her episode. She had kind of run afoul of Col. John Casey, but, listen, if we have the opportunity, I would love to bring summer Glau back. She’s just wonderful.” - EW. Q: Any word on a renewal for Chuck yet? I hope to God that it comes back next season! —ArchanaLabels: Chris Fedak, Chuck, Josh Schwartz, NBC, Season 4, Season 5
A: Let’s put it this way: Boss men Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak are in no way, shape or form being subtle in expressing to NBC their expectation that the show will return. How unsubtle? The title of the May 16 season finale is “Chuck vs. The Cliffhanger.”

EW.com posted the following Spoilers about Morgan and his relationship with Casey and Alex:
Q: What’s Morgan going to be up to on Chuck? — LaurieLabels: Adam Baldwin, Chuck, Joshua Gomez, Mekenna Melvin, NBC, Season 4, Spoilers
A: Well, if you watched last night’s episode (and you really should have), you saw that Morgan stepped up to protect John Casey’s secret second assignment with the GRETAs (who are no more)! According to co-creator Chris Fedak, that somewhat speaks to the relationship the writers are building between the two. “We have some really funny stuff coming up in regard to the odd couple that is Morgan Grimes and Col. John Casey. It’s a peculiar decision to decide to room with your girlfriend’s dad. But they’re also very good friends and Morgan needed a place to crash,” he dishes. “Going forward, we really like the idea of Morgan as Chuck season 1, the guy who’s experiencing the spy world anew, fresh. We have some really interesting ideas about where we’re going with him in this season and how it all folds back to John Casey and his girlfriend Alex.” And if things get out of hand, it’s good to know that Sarah always has her tranq gun.
